In Ro’ya Real Estate Company, we consider it as our honor to be entrusted with this task of constructing the earth via a successful real estate entity managed by economical vision and investment feasibility which can achieve difficult equations for successful work and can be a real addition to the growing investment sector in the Gulf region, in addition to our contribution to consolidating standards in real estate industry. We aim to make Ro’ya Real Estate Company as a remarkable distinct entity which can impose its presence among giant companies in our beloved kingdom, and can participate in urban procession over time through preserving the values and principles of the true religion of Islam. And in light of the economic recovery witnessed by the country under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bn Abdulaziz, we think, through our responsibility, that our chances of success and progress have all the ingredients and opportunities that are difficult to be replicated, and all that remains is to work hard sparing no effort, and Allah is the guardian of success.
